Now I've seen many different dehacked & sprite replacements in the past but this is truly a masterpiece. The author definitely knows his way around dehacked, the frames are done quite well, everything moves as smoothly as if it where fps from the late 90's. The sprites he chose where a little weird by that I mean the doom palette had its way with the sprite so don't expect flawless colors in this. Sound wise he could have done a much better job aswell, they sound like they've been recorded through an old radio.
Now something I really enjoyed with this mod was that most of the powerful weapons where slowed down, so killing that demon isn't as easy as it used to be, combine that with the existing half assed quality dsdoom controls and it becomes really challenging. All in all its definitely worth downloading!
How it looks : 8.5/10
The frames are smooth and there are neat little selecting animations, but the awfully colored sprites really keep this wad from getting a 10.
How it plays : 9/10
This mod makes it doom challenging and you need to use some stratigy to kill some of the more powerful monsters.
